## Backed by an aluminium plant. We calculate and optimise every facade.

Our aluminium profiles come from PT. Damai Abadi's extrusion plant, which fully backs that supply. Because a profile can be made to a calculation rather than picked from a catalogue, alternatives that cut cost without compromising safety can be costed from the design stage.

## The supply chain behind your facade

From extruded profile to installed panel: four stages backed by PT. Damai Abadi, two we do ourselves.

- **Aluminium Extrusion**: PT. Damai Abadi's high-precision extrusion plant fully backs our profile supply, prepared to the project's needs.
- **Dies & Custom Profiles**: Need a custom profile? New dies can be made to your design, with no catalogue limit.
- **Anodizing**: Corrosion-resistant, aesthetic finishing on aluminium profiles.
- **Powder Coating**: Colour is ordered against a code, so a profile reordered years later still matches its neighbour.
- **CNC & Fabrication**: Precision cutting and machining in AFI's own workshop, so panels stay consistent with one another.
- **Installation**: AFI's project team supervises scheduled installation, with on-site quality control through to handover.

## Pmu

**Headline**: Tested in a laboratory, when the building calls for it.

Our team is experienced in running Performance Mockup Unit (PMU) tests at accredited laboratories. That testing is triggered by a building's height and exposure, so not every facade calls for it. Where yours does, wind load, air leakage and water penetration are tested first, before mass production begins.

## Engineering criteria

Every facade is designed against measurable performance criteria.

- **Windload**: Wind-load calculation to the building's height & location (kg/m²).
- **Soundproofing**: Measured sound attenuation for interior comfort (dB).
- **Air Leakage**: Air-leakage limits at facade-system joints.
- **Water Penetration**: Water-seepage limits at static and dynamic pressure.
- **UV & Shading (SC)**: Glass selection for heat and glare control.
- **Structural**: Strength calculation for mullions, transoms, and anchors.
