PT. Damai Abadi, an aluminium extrusion producer, backs us across the supply chain: extrusion, anodizing, and powder coating. All of it works alongside AFI's own fabrication workshop and engineering team. Because the chain has no break in it, the room to save can be costed against real prices and real dates.

## How we work

One partner from planning to handover, with measurable results at every stage.

- **Planning & Value Engineering**: We review the architect's design, calculate the structure, and propose cost-cutting alternatives from the start.
- **Calculation & Testing**: Shop drawings and strength calculations, then Performance Mockup Unit testing where the building's height and exposure call for it.
- **Fabrication**: Aluminium profiles come from the extrusion producer backing us, then are cut and fabricated in AFI's own workshop.
- **Installation & Handover**: AFI's project team supervises scheduled installation and on-site quality control through to handover.

  Curtain wall of about 10,000 m² plus fins across three towers, with PP (Persero) and Wijaya Karya.

- **Buddha Tzu Chi School, PIK 2**
  Windows, doors, fins and louvres on two buildings, under a single contract from Agung Sedayu Group.
  2025–2026
- **Solo Grand Mall**
  Envelope revitalisation: ACP, perforated ACP and a skylight, fitted without closing the mall.
