Performance Mockup Unit

Tested before production. Not after installation.

Our team is experienced in running Performance Mockup Unit (PMU) tests at accredited testing facilities — wind load, air leakage, and water penetration simulated until the standard is met before mass production. Risk is resolved in the test lab, not on the project site.

Soundproofing

Measured sound attenuation for interior comfort (dB).

Air Leakage

Air-leakage testing at facade-system joints.

Water Penetration

Water-seepage testing at static and dynamic pressure.

UV & Shading (SC)

Glass selection for heat and glare control.

Structural

Strength calculation for mullions, transoms, and anchors.

Material

The aluminium we use is certified SNI, ISO, and TKDN by PT. Damai Abadi — important for government and state-owned projects.
