Because an aluminium plant backs us fully, we can offer alternatives that are more efficient.
PT. Damai Abadi, an aluminium extrusion producer, backs us across the supply chain: extrusion, anodizing, and powder coating. All of it works alongside AFI's own fabrication workshop and engineering team. Because the chain has no break in it, the room to save can be costed against real prices and real dates.

Planning & Value Engineering
We review the architect's design, calculate the structure, and propose cost-cutting alternatives from the start.
Calculation & Testing
Shop drawings and strength calculations, then Performance Mockup Unit testing where the building's height and exposure call for it.
Fabrication
Aluminium profiles come from the extrusion producer backing us, then are cut and fabricated in AFI's own workshop.
Installation & Handover
AFI's project team supervises scheduled installation and on-site quality control through to handover.
