Proof that is already standing.

An office building in IKN, Indonesia's new capital; a school at Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 on the coast outside Jakarta; and a mall refit in Solo, Central Java. On the IKN project our structural calculations changed the facade specification before a single profile was ordered.

Office building · IKN

IKN, Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan · 2024–2025

We installed ±10,000 m² of curtain wall across three office towers, with vertical and horizontal fins over the whole elevation.

Value Engineering

The project ran without a facade consultant, so we ran the structural calculation ourselves. It found material sitting where the load did not call for it, and not enough of it where the wind load at that height did. We presented the results directly to the architects and proposed our own systems in their place. The proposal was adopted, and we worked through the specification changes with them until the design met the budget.

Windows, doors, fins and louvres on two buildings, under one contract.

Buddha Tzu Chi School · PIK 2

Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Tangerang · 2025–2026

A school owned by the Buddha Tzu Chi foundation, made up of an Early Childhood building and a Multifunction building. Our facade contract comes directly from Agung Sedayu Group, which runs the project on the foundation's behalf, and on site we coordinate with the main contractor, PT Pulau Intan. The aluminium profiles are extruded by PT Damai Abadi, then fabricated and installed by our own team.

A new facade installed while the mall stayed open.

Solo Grand Mall

Jl. Slamet Riyadi, Solo, Central Java · 2025

Solo Grand Mall began renewing its facade at the end of August 2025 and stayed open to shoppers throughout the work. The mall was rebranded Neo Solo Grand Mall at the same time. We built the ACP envelope, including ±450 m² of perforated panels across the main elevation, and the skylight over the entrance.
